REQUIRED: My giveaways are currently only open to United States deliveries (other areas may enter but the recipient has to be within the US.) Gift certificates must be redeemed within two weeks of contest end. Shipping is not free of charge on the giveaways. However - the winner may use the gift certificate amount towards the cost of shipping. To fulfill the winners item - I will make a custom listing in my shop for them to purchase. This would require them to register for an Etsy account if they do not already have one.
